need to know if AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock for 2 Ball Couplers w/o Lip - Ductile Cast Iron will fit my trailer, in particular what is meant by lip?

The tongue lip that the AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock # AMP54FR is talking about is a ledge (for lack of a better term) that sits out around the coupler. I'm attaching a photo you can use as an example.
