Currently we only have 1-1/4" trailer hitch receivers for your 2016 Nissan Altima. I recommend the Curt # C11352 over the Draw-Tite # 24796 which I see you found. I prefer the Curt as they have added gussets for strength where the mounting flanges bend to attach to the frame.
I recommend installing the 4-Way # C56339 when you install the receiver. This will allow you to connect to most small trailers you might tow and also for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 on a hitch mounted accessory such as a bike rack which can impair the view of your tail lights to other drivers.
