Hi - wondering if this hitch worked out for Matt. I too have a 2017 Volvo S60 Crosscountry. Hoping for verification that the hitch will fit before I order it.

Jenny, I can confirm the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75916 will fit on your 2017 Volvo S60 Cross Country. While Matt did not get the receiver from us we do have several reviews verifying the fitment without any issues.
I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56224 when you install the receiver. This will give you the common 4-way flat connector used on most small trailers and with Auxiliary Lights # C53201.
