I have a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. Im looking for an aluminum raised hitch cargo carrier with the interior basket about 50 x 24. 60 is too wide and would cover my tail lights. Any suggestions?

I recommend checking out the Flint Hill Goods 22" x 49" Cargo Carrier # FHG27ZR which is has the dimensions and aluminum constructions you're looking for, but it does have a straight shank.
If you're needing a rise, the best option is to use something like the Gen-Y Shank # 325-GH-303 or Yakima BackSwing # Y02483. I personally like the BackSwing better because it gives you the ability to move the carrier entirely out of the way without unloading it, but the Gen-Y Shank will work just fine to get you that extra clearance you're needing if you'd rather go that route.
