Nobody makes a 1-1/4" receiver for your 2014 Toyota Highlander. All of the hitches are going to be Class III with a 2" receiver like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame # DT84MR. What you can do is add in a reducer like the # e63YR to convert it to a 1-1/4" for your accessories.
