Where is the Mirror Harness Connection Point Located on a 2004 Chevy Silverado to Replace Mirror

Question:
I am replacing side mirrors powervisionon my 2004 Silverado 2500. My question is on the power cord to the factory mirrors where is the location of the cord plug? The new mirror power heated cord plug is outside of the mirror housing, putting it just inside of the door frame. I need to know where the existing cord plug is located?

The plug is behind the door panel, you will need to remove the inner door panel completely to get to the harness. That also includes the watershield behind the door panel to completely release the harness from the door panel.
