The FWH 24PA part number you referenced is actually just the part number for the head. Nevertheless, I have 3 different 5th wheel rail kits that fit your 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 - you just have to choose which one matches up with the rails installed on your Demco Hijacker:
- Above-Bed Base Rails # DM8552034-71
- Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551011
- Base Rails for Demco SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM8553019-12
