Recommended Camera System for a 5th Wheel to Monitor Truck Cab Clearance

Question:
Hello etrailer Do you guys sell a devise, system of some sort that warns the driver in. can when the 5th wheel front cap is getting too close the the back of the cab on the pickup truck? I’ve knocked out the back window of my pickup twice turning too sharp with the 5th wheel trailer.

Nothing like that to my knowledge exists, Richard. What you could do is install a camera system like the Rear View Safety Wireless Hitch Camera # RVS-83112 which would get stuck via the magnetic base to anywhere you need it, and will show you a live feed with the included monitor.
This way you can watch your 5th wheel from the cab your truck and be able to see real time if you're flying too close to the sun, so to speak.
