Im looking to buIld a rack similar to your code #Y 06-560, with longer cross bars 50+ and rivet or screw attacked tracks. System will be roof mounted on a 14 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Also, are the track end caps shown with the channel mount T-bolt style tracks available separately? I like their look better than those illustrated with the rivet mount track.

The Rhino-Rack system you referenced, part # Y06-560, uses 63-inch-long tracks that are intended for permanent installation on camper shells, hard tonneau covers or hardtop resin roofs without headliners. This might not be your best option for your new truck since it requires drilling.
We do offer a number of roof racks designed specifically for use on your 2014 Ram 1500 Crew Cab that install without drilling. These can be seen on the link provided. All use crossbars that range in size from 58- to 78-inches and options include both roof-mount racks and a truck bed-mount rack from Yakima, part # Y01140-78, for which a video is provided.
An example of a very quiet aerodynamic-type rack designed for your truck is the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero system made of parts # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK043.
