What if my 2017 chrysler pacifica touring doesnt have the two cross bars. It has the two side bars but not the cross bars.

It appears no one manufactures an aftermarket set of crossbars for your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica so your best bet is going to be finding a set of the factory crossbars to mount to your side bars.
