Can you add a heater option to this unit so that I won’t have to run my propane heat? Or is there a cool/heat replacement unit?

Craig, you can add a heat strip with # ACMHD to the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM150, but this is just designed to take the "bite" out of the air not heat your trailer - you're still going to want to rely on your furnace to heat your trailer.
