That sounds like an ignitor problem which could be caused by your propane supply or it could be a wiring issue on the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater item # LSB64FR. I can walk you through the steps to check the wiring but you'll need to have a certified technician check the gas pressure because it could be a regulator problem.
The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR has a switch located inside the unit to the left of the exhaust vent. If this switch is off the unit will not operate so that's an easy one to check off. Turning the switch off for a few minutes will also reset the unit which might also fix the problem. There's also a fuse right below it too that could cause an ignition issue so you will want to verify it is functional. I have attached a picture below that will direct you to the switch and fuse.
If the fuse is fine, the switch is on, and the unit still isn't staying powered up then you'll need to test the power wire at the water heater with a multimeter like item # PT89ZR to see if maybe you're not getting a full 12v to it. If you're getting less than 12v then either your battery is the issue or you're experiencing voltage drop and will need to increase the wire gauge running between the two.
You'll also want to check your ground wire and ensure that it's running to bare metal, preferably the chassis and is secure.
