Question:

I have a 2001 4Runner SR5 2WD. There is a connecter under the rear bumper on the drivers side that looks like it will match this plug. Is this the only part I need to plug into a 4 pin connector on my trailer, or is there another converter box that needs to be installed? I recently purchased a kit that plugs into the tail lights and didnt notice the plug under my bumper until I started installing it. I will send that kit back and order this part if it is all I need. Thanks!

That harness you found would plug into the gray connector of the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # 118245 that you referenced and thats all you would need to do to have a working 4-way on your 2001 Toyota 4Runner.
