The Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # CTM3100B and other custom mirrors are designed to fit the standard factory mirror on the 2008 Dodge Ram 3500. The adjustable towing mirror or "moose" mirror you have now are not compatible with the custom mirrors. What you may be able to use is universal towing mirrors like the K-Source # KS69ZR which fit mirrors up to 11-1/2" tall.
