Question:

I have a 2023 Hyundai palisade what needs a wiring harness for a trailer. I see on your website where you have four pin connectors, but my trailer has a seven pin. Is there an adapter or something that I could use to make this work?

Adding a 7-way to your 2023 Hyundai Palisade requires installing a 4-way first. Once this is done you add an adapter with some additional wiring. If you don't have anything installed yet you can use the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK64CR which comes with everything you need to add a 7-way. This also comes with a wiring adapter that plugs directly into Tekonsha brake controllers like the P3 # 90195.

If you already purchased or installed a 4-way like the Curt # C43FV you need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. This kit comes with the adapter, wiring, breakers, and everything else required to upgrade from a 4-way to a 7-way.
