Could etrailer Cargo Carrier # e34FV Carry Bikes

While the etrailer cargo # e34FV was not designed specifically to carry bikes it definitely has the weight capacity to do so as it is rated for up to 500 lbs.

I know the price isn't remotely similar but we do have the Yakima EXO bike rack and cargo carrier part # Y54ZR which comes with a 2-bike rack that would sit above a cargo carrier. It also has a swing out adapter to allow you rear cargo access on your vehicle as well.
