Just want to know if this hitch, or another fits my 2008 Avenger R/T. f so it is what I need and will order with wiring harness and all. Thanks in advance.

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36448 is a confirmed fit for your 2008 Avenger R/T and is a great fit for your light-duty towing and hitch rack needs. The hitch exceeds industry strength standards.
The recommended wiring for your vehicle is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118445. I have added a link to that part.
The recommended ball mount is # 36065 and I have added a link to that part too.
If you require a 2" diameter hitch ball we recommend # 19258. For a 1-7/8" diameter hitch ball we recommend # 19256.
You will need a Pin and Clip like # PC2. I have added a link to that part.
