The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX96NV hasn't yet been tested with a Peragon cover, but its rail design makes it compatible with most inside-the-rail style covers. Since the Peragon has brackets that have to be drilled into the bedrails you'd have to have the rails of the # TX96NV in place first and then drill through them to install the Peragon brackets and might have to source longer bolts from your local hardware store to pass through the brackets.
