Question:
BOUGHT A BRAND NEW FURION 26 IN FIREPLACE FOR MY CAMPER! .NONE OF THE BUTTONS ON THE FIREPLACE WORK...BUT THE REMOTE WORKS!! WE HAVE PLUGGED IT IN OTHER OUTLETS....SAME THING!...WHY ARE THE BUTTONS ON THE FIREPLACE ITSELF NOT WORKING? HOPE YOU CAN HELP! THANKS

If the remote for your Furrion Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals # FF30SC15ABL works but the buttons do not then you either have a bad circuit board or some sort of wire disconnect within the unit. You would need to reach out to Furrion directly for a replacement board.
