Can ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank Heater Run to Inverter Instead of Battery

I read your explanation on wiring yo battery, but what about wiring this heating pad to the inverter?

Since the inverter would output 12 volts it would be the same running the Therma heat RV tank pad heater part # 277-000164 to that as it would be a 12 volt battery.
