For a ladder rack that's constructed of aluminum and has over cab storage the best option is going to be the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever # TH27000XT-EX. This rack uses two clamps per tower that you can loosen to remove from the bed to load in taller items, which isn't as easy as a sliding rack but shouldn't really take more than a couple minutes to do. It has an 800lb capacity as a ladder rack and 1,000lb capacity when utilizing the cantilever and properly distributing the weight.
