Can you confirm that the Draw Tite DT58GR trailer hitch will fit my 2022 Lexus 350 Sport vehicle without any modifications? I also have a kick sensor and wanted to see if that would still work with this trailer hitch installed. Thanks

There's no drilling involved to install this hitch but there is some minor heat shield modification required. If the vehicle has a lateral performance damper it would need to get removed.
