Question:
I am confused with the ion of the Hidden Hitch Product Numbers. Will a HIDDEN HITCH #87479 - fit my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sport ? My rear Bumper is the standard bumper. If not can you provide me with the Hidden Hitch Nbr required?

No, it will not. The correct Draw-Tite Hitch for your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sport is item # DT78MR. This hitch is custom fit and will bolt to your Jeep's standard bumper with included hardware. I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
Neither the part number 87479 (ours is item # 75270 ) you mentioned or item # DT78MR are part of Draw-Tite's Hidden Hitches branding. They do not make a hidden hitch for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sport. I hope this clears up your confusion.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C55124 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
