Yes, it will so long as you have the hatchback model. The Draw-Tite Hitch item # 24817 is confirmed to fit the 2011 Suzuki SX4 hatchback. It looks like the crossover model is consider a hatchback.
If your Suzuki is a sedan you would need the Curt Hitch item # C11446.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 56002 and the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
