Gusset Measurements for MaxxTow Adjustable-Height Ball Mount

Question:

I need the distance from the end that goes into the receiver to where the support gusset is attached to that shank. in other words, how far does the shank go into the receiver before the gusset will contact the receiver.

From the gusset to the very end of the shank measures 7-1/2" on the MaxxTow Adjustable-Height Ball Mount # MT70068.

I also measured from the gusset to the center of the hitch pin hole and found that to be 4-3/4" (see attached).
