I have a 2019 Subaru Outback limited with factory cross bars. Would I need to purchase anything additional for attaching “Thule Tepui Explorer Autana 3 Rooftop Tent with Annex - 3 Person” to my vehicle? Thanks

Thule roof tents like the Tepui part # TH8001ASK05 require an aftermarket roof rack and cannot install OEM crossbars. So you would need to install an aftermarket roof rack like the Malone # MPG216 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. Other than that there wouldn't be anything else you would need.
