Is there a lock system to secure the rack to the truck?

The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX86NV does not offer any type of lock system as it is not an item many consider worth stealing. These would take some time to properly remove and if they were just to take parts of the rack the other components would cost more than most would be willing to spend to make it a kit. To help deter theft you may consider finding some replacement hardware at a local hardware store which uses specialty tools to install and remove the hardware.
