I have a 2017 F250 SuperDuty with Retrax XR cover. I intend to purchase Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars for Retrax XR and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers - Black - 71 L. I am looking for 2 bicycle racks to fit this securely. What do you recommend?

Roof mount bike racks can be a bit overwhelming to look through but from my experience the Thule racks are the easiest to use and install on a roof rack setup so I recommend going that route. Here are the best options for securing your bike with different methods:
- Fork Mount # TH75JV
- Frame Mount # TH598004
- Wheel Mount # TH599000
The UpRide (wheel mount) is my favorite because of how simple and easy it is to use, plus it can handle basically anything that doesn't have a too large of a front fender.
