Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR will fit your 2023 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I have linked an installation video below showing the process of installation on a hybrid in our shop.

I recommend installing the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118801 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which is needed for towing a small trailer or if you need Auxiliary Lights # C53201.
