Hello Laurie.

For your 2023 Toyota Venza I would go with our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e25AR. Our etrailer hitch comes in a matte black powder coat finish which I think gives it that OEM look. This hitch also has a 2" receiver, can handle a tongue weight of 525 pounds, and a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds.

If you plan on towing a very light trailer, or using a hitch mounted accessory with lights you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C57ER, for the install you will want to use some dielectric grease, if you don't have some already #11755 will get the job done. Also, for a nice clean install make sure you grab a Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.

If you don't already have a ball mount, I recommend our etrailer Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball - 2" Hitch - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # e67DR. Our 2" ball comes in a black nickel coating which gives it an awesome sleek look.
