Question:
I have a 2008 36 foot challenger motorhome and I want to replace the carrier air conditioner unit on the front. The model number is 68 RV 141028 where would I begin to get a decent unit and either get it installed or do it myself

To replace just the rooftop unit of a Carrier Air system and still maintain use of your current air distribution box and thermostat you'll need the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Carrier Setup # ACCAR150. This unit comes with a wire harness to adapter to the connection style of your Carrier Air unit for an easy swap out. It also includes a start capacitor that will store energy to help reduce the huge draw during start up. You can also get this unit with a black shroud # ACCAR150B if that would match the color of your 2008 Damon Challenger Class A motorhome.
