Thule has some mounting kits that work with factory in-bed rail systems but to install the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XT you'll need to remove the Deck Rail System from your 2013 Toyota Tundra as they don't have any mounting hardware that fits directly with that system - only with the smaller Tacoma trucks.
An alternative option that does have a mounting kit that fits your 2013 Tundra is the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks # Y01151-5868. This is personally my favorite ladder rack we carry because it's easier to install than most racks, it has height adjustability, and I think the contoured legs just help give it an all-around sleeker look since it isn't as boxed as other options.
Attached is a video of this kit on a 2019 Tundra for you to check out!
