Will this reese 5th wheel under bed mount work on a 2023 F350 that didnt ship from the factory puck? It was ordered with it and they shipped it without it and never contacted me. I already have the brand new BandW 25k puck mount style 5th wheel hitch. If this wont work, do you have any suggestions? Thank,

The Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP87FR has not yet been confirmed to fit the 2023 model year of the F-350. You could try reaching out to Ford to see if there are any differences compared to the 2022 models, which the # RP87FR is confirmed to fit, to see if it would fit your 2023.
If it will not fit then you could install the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BW83FR and swap the base of your Companion out for the Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3500. This would give you an underbed mounting system and the ability to still tow a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer like you would be able to with the OEM puck system.
If they didn't install an in-bed 7-way connection point in the bed then I recommend also picking up the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 54701-007.
