Question:
Hi, Do you have the mounting bolt spacing? or total lenght of the flange? And what is the hitch height from the mounting surface? Thanks

The front two mounting bolt holes are 3 inches apart on the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41943, and 16-1/4 inches from the front mounting hole to the furthest. The height is 6 inches as well; this is only a fit for 1999-2021 Ford F-350, F-450, and F-550 Cab and Chassis trucks.
