Can You Replace A 13,500BTU Dometic AC Unit With A 15,000BTU Furrion AC Unit

I have a Duo-Therm 57915.541 I want to replace with a furrion unit. Mine is 13,500 btu, but am in a hotter climate now. Can I upgrade to this unit FR55PV? If not which one do I need?

Yes, you can swap out a 13,500btu unit with a 15,000btu unit like the Furrion Chill HE # FR55PV. This is the entire system so you'd be replacing everything and wouldn't really have any restrictions or need to worry about whether your current system has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector.
If you're wanting to just replace the rooftop unit with a higher btu option for more efficiency then you'll just need to determine if you have a 6-pin or 9-pin connector and choose the appropriate replacement. For a 6-pin you'll need part # FR58PR and for a 9-pin you'll need part # FR42PV to get the wire harness adapter.
