Is there a way to connect a fork mount bike to this bike carrier? We bought 4 of these, my wife and I have bikes with thru axles but my kids bikes are fork mounted front wheels.

The Thru Axle Bike Carrier for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platforms # RR43233 you have is a fork mount bike carrier so I am not quite sure what you're asking.
This bike rack contains a 15-mm x 100-mm thru axle adapter sleeve, however if you needed a different size you could use the Rhino-Rack Multi Axle Adapter for Fork Mount Bike Racks # RRRBCA030 which includes adapters for 12-mm, 15-mm, or 20-mm thru axles.

You missed his question entirely. He wants to connect a fork mounted bike to the thru axle bike mount on a Rhino Rack 100mm thru axle mount. I have an xtray pro rack with these carrier mounts. Bikes made pre 1990 did not have thru axles. They had forks still used on less expensive bike today. Do you make an adapter that will pass thru the thru axle carrier and clamp to forks on bikes that do not have thru axles?
