Since the BAK MX4 # BAK48126 you have installed in your 2016 Chevy Colorado with the 5' bed installs inside of the bed rails there is indeed a ladder rack option for you.
I recommend the Adarac # A73DJ which'll work perfectly with your tonneau cover installed, and is pretty easy to install while being a very solid rack for your truck.
