I have a 2009 jeep Liberty with factory full rails from front to rear, as referenced in your photo #2. What is the heaviest rated cross bars I can utilize and the largest pioneer platform available. Also, whats the stated weight capacity for largest platform. Looks like a great set-up, hopefully everything comes together.

The heaviest rated crossbars and platform for your 2009 Jeep Liberty is going to depend on your vehicle. You'll want to abide by the maximum weight capacity of your Jeep's roof before anything else because you're only as strong as your weakest link.
So if your Jeep has a 165-lbs roof weight capacity, then that's your max; so you're going to need to figure that out first.
For a large roof rack and platform rack I recommend going with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR82QE, and the Rhino-Rack Universal Pioneer Platform Rack for Crossbars # RR42115BF for a platform rack.
The crossbars measure 54" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall and the platform measures 58-3/16" long x 46-5/8" wide x 1-1/2" high, making this a pretty large setup.
