I would like to know if there are any compatible roof rack systems for a NAKED 2002 Honda Accord EX V6 Sedan

We do have a couple of options that'll work great with your naked roof on your 2002 Honda Accord Sedan.
You can choose from either the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1002 which measure 50" long, 1-1/4" wide, and 7/8" tall or the Inno Square Crossbars # INB127 with the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars # INSUT and the Custom Fit Kit for Inno XS200, XS250, and INSU-K5 Roof Rack Feet # INK249; which boast the same measurements.
The only difference between the is going to be the price. They both have the same measurements, and same weight capacities.
