I have a 2015 Vista Cruiser travel trailer by Gulf Stream. It has a rectangular tubing frame. Would your brackets work with this?

Yes, the Mount-n-Lock Heavy-Haul'r RV Bumper # MO94VR will fit your 2015 Vista Cruiser. Since you have a tube frame you won't have a problem with installation. If it is flanged it must be at least 4" tall x 3" long and non-flanged frames must be at least 3" tall x 3" long.
Based on pictures it doesn't look like you would need the MO84VR since the body doesn't extend to the bottom of the frame. I am unable to tell if the frame is shorter than the body so I recommend checking. If it is, you will need the extension plates # MO24VR to properly mount the bumper.
