Availability of Replacement Keys for the CT Johnson Hitch and Coupler Locks
Published 11/02/2009 >
Question:
A few years ago I purchased on of your locking hitch pin locks. I lost the key. I would like to order replacement keys. Do I need to try to get a number off it or can you just send me one. Since I can not get it off without a key, it might be hard to find a number. They are a great lock. I believe it is the longer 2 lock, but if that matters, let me know and I will measure it. I am not at that location now.

Yes, you can order replacement keys for the old CT Johnson Hitch and Coupler Locks, but you will need the key number from the original keys to get the proper key to fit your lock. If you have the original key number you can order the Replacement Key.
Once you have the find the key number you will type "Replacement key ___" into the etrailer search bar. For instance if you type: Replacement key 026 into the search bar, the part # e95UR for key 029 will show.
The etrailer.com locks use the same keys as the old CT Johnson locks like yours.
Without the number off the original keys we would not be able to get the proper key for the lock.
