Is there any drilling needed on vehicle frame for this hitch?

No drilling is required to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C87DR on your 2022 Hyundai Kona, but you will need to trim some of the fascia for this to fit properly. All of this is outlined in the installation instructions for you to check out!
