When will base plates be available for a 2023 f250? If they will be available will they be compatible with the bx7420 tow bar?

The only confirmed fit so far for a 2023 Ford F-250 is from Demco with the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit # DM68FR. At this time there is not an adapter to connect this baseplate with the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar # BX7420 so you would need to use a different tow bar as well.
If you choose to go this route then I recommend the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e94ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables bracketed onto the arms so that you don't have to purchase them separately or worry about them dragging on the ground. It also has an adjustable head and shank to help keep itself level between the motorhome and F-250.
You could try reaching out to Blue Ox to see when they'll have a fit made, but mostly likely they just haven't had a 2023 F-250 in yet to confirm fitment.
