Question:
I have a 2009 Triumph Rocket 3 Touring that currently has two diodes under fender with four pin for a trailer. I cant seem to get my trailer to light up though. Trailer has two sets of brake/ tail lights, two markers on either side and plate light. It was just wired and tested at a friends shop so I have been trying to figure out the wiring under the bike fender. Is it possible diodes went bad or wires are connected wrong?

I'm not sure why you are using Diodes # RM-792 and not a Converter # HM48925. The diodes are designed to have 2 inputs and a single output. These are commonly used on lights which can receive power from 2 different sources and you do not want power to back feed through the different sources. A converter is designed to connect to the tail light wiring on your 2009 Triumph Rocket 3 to have an input signal for the 4-way. It then uses power from your battery to send to the trailer lights which helps to ensure you do not pull to much wire on the thin factory wiring. Also as your tail light is separate from your turn signals and the 4-way combines the turn signals and brake lights on one wire the converter allows the lights to operate correctly on the trailer.
