Will the Draw-Tite Class III receiver, part # 75599 work on a 2006 Acura MDX with a full size spare tire? In the overview/initial page it notes under installation that it only fits a mini spare but in several question and answers Ive seen the experts say it fits with earlier MDXs and a full size spare. Thanks

Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75599 only fits if the 2006 Acura MDX has the doughnut or mini spare tire, not the full sized spare. The confusion is that it also fits certain models of the Honda Pilot and on those it will fit with the full sized spare.
Curt trailer hitch # 13328 will fit a 2006 Acura MDX with full size spare. I have linked a video showing a typical installation for you. If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring use # 118336
