The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH59ZR does not have a towing capacity because it is not capable of towing without using the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount item # 391CONVA7. The two parts combined have a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs.
I looked online and it looks like your 2018 Porsche Panamera has a towing capacity of at least 4,400 lbs depending on which engine and model you have. You should be good to tow a 2,218 lbs trailer but you will want to verify with a dealership what your Porsche's towing capacity is.
