The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU86CR and front mounted trailer hitches like the EcoHitch # EH37FR would both be competing for the same mounting points on the frame rails so you wouldn't be able to use both at the same time. If you're just looking for another space in order to haul some accessories then we do have other alternatives to like a roof rack or ladder rack in order to allow you to still flat tow your 2020 Ram 3500. If you could give me a better idea of what you're trying to haul I'd be happy to find a compatible solution for you.
