Question:

Hi I have a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe, I put one of your hitch and wiring controllers on it 1 year ago this month. I went to use it today after not using it for months and there is no power coming from the parking lights wire. Everything else works fine. Tested it two ways, plug in flat four tester and a prick tester piercing the wire. Question have you had or know of lighting modules going bad? Thank you Tom

In regards to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56242 which is a fit for a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe, you can troubleshoot this by testing the wires going into the converter box and seeing if they transfer through to the trailer connector harness. For example, one of the wires going into the converter box should only have power when the running lights are active. If you get power going into the converter but not leaving it then you know it's bad and needs replaced.
