Do i have to drill into the frame of the car? Or are the holes already existing? Thank you. 2020 Ford Explorer

Nope, you do not have to drill into the frame of your 2020 Ford Explorer to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT69MR.
The holes are already present in the frame of your Explorer so you don't have to drill any, or even enlarge them; the frame will remain as-is.
