Troubleshooting An A-iPower Inverter Generator That Won't Start

Question:
My sua2300i inverter generator will not start I used a spark checker connected to boot and grounded no power coming from spark plug boot. Its fairly new I had ran it once for about an hour

If you're getting no power through the spark plug then it most likely needs to be replaced. Looking at the owner's manual for the SUA2300i it appears that they want you to clean or replace the spark plug every six months or 100hrs of usage.
Just like the # 289-SUA2000i the SUA2300i uses the following spark plug replacements:
AutoLite - 275
Champion - L95YC
NGK - BP4H
Torch - E5T
